Terms & Conditions of Service

Your access to and use of the Dainty Dora Surface Pattern Design + Print website is subject to the following terms and conditions, which by accessing and browsing this site, you accept without any limitation or qualification.

Formation of Contract and Governing Law

A contract between you and Dainty Dora Surface Pattern Design + Print for the purchase of our products will exist once we confirm your order via email. The formation of this contract will be deemed complete and your confirmation of it will be deemed received at the time and date of the sending of the email, regardless of whether, for reasons outside our control, you have not received that email.

The contract shall be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom and shall be governed by the laws of Scotland.

Cancellation rights

Once a transaction has been completed, payment received and delivery of goods confirmed, no cancellation, return or refund can be made unless the goods are deemed to be faulty. In this case items must be returned in the condition in which they arrived, with original packaging intact. It is recommended that proof of posting is retained. Thank you for your understanding.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply, and Dainty Dora Surface Pattern Design + Print will not be responsible for delays due to customs.
