Refund policy
Prints:
If you are unhappy with your purchase of one (or more) of my prints for any reason, I'll be happy to refund or exchange the product within 14 days of purchase BUT the item(s) must be unopened/unused/unworn and must still be in the original packaging with all tags/stickers attached.
Please note: customers are responsible for shipping costs to ensure safe delivery of any returned items, including tracking where appropriate to ensure the item arrives safely.
To make a return: please repackage the item(s) ensuring you cover up the outward postal details, and return to:

Each item in this category is made for you on demand by carefully selected third party suppliers, at the point of purchase. This makes it a custom order made to your specifications, including size/colour/design etc. For this reason, we cannot accept returns unless there is a clear manufacturing fault with the print or finish of the item, requiring photographic proof of the damage or fault, or it is damaged in transit, again requiring photographic proof of the damage or fault.
Please make sure you read all the product information in full to ensure you are 100% clear you are purchasing the correct item for your needs, and where appropriate, review the sizing guides for wearable items.
