Shipping of orders:
Physical Products
Prints: will be processed within 1 working day (unless otherwise stated/requested) and sent using 2nd class Royal Mail from the United Kingdom. Free shipping in the UK only.
Estimated shipping times are as follows:
- United Kingdom: 1-3 business days
- Europe: 3-5 business days
- North America: 5-10 business days
- Australia, New Zealand and the rest of the world: 2-3 weeks
Actual delivery time will depend on the carrier within your own location.

These items are custom made to order by carefully selected third party manufacturers, and as such will take a little longer to create and send out to you. Estimated dates will be indicated at checkout.
Digital Downloads:
Digital products will be transferred via PDF through email, to the email address provided at the point of purchase. No refunds will be given on digital products due to the nature of them being immediately downloaded and usable. Please make sure you read all the product listing information in full to ensure you are 100% sure you are purchasing the correct item for your needs.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to physical products, and Dainty Dora Surface Pattern Design + Print will not be responsible for delays due to customs.
Dainty Dora Surface Pattern Design + Print will collect and pay the appropriate taxes on Digital Products sold within the EU, under the VAT Mini One Stop Shop (MOSS) scheme.
